In this economic climate, not all employers are able to give raises. What perks would make you happy in lieu of a raise?

Truthfully, money is actually is the greatest motivators of all perks. And if money is a constraint for the employer, I can't think of anything else to substitute it with.Well perhaps employer can substitute it with extra annual leaves, free holidays for the family, free dining each time employee has finished a certain project and etc. Need to be creative in order to satisfy employee needs and it is not easy as each people has different motivation factors.

What was your major or field of study in college? Did you wind up working in that field or using that degree? If not, what field have you wound up in?

Retail Management is my major of study. I did work in one of the retail outlet for half a year. It was a fun job. I got to go loads of product training. Knowledge gained is so unlimited. I got to meet lot of people. But the downfall is that I can't go far. If I want to be the the outlet manager I need to have medical degree as this is a pharmacy outlet.
After 10 years, now I wound up in a manufacturing company. It is not related to my field of study at all. Yet I'm still happy.

If you had a time machine, which year would you travel to and why?

I would travel back to 15 years ago. I would avoid from making wrong choices.

But am I really sure that I will not be making the same mistake again?

Well...most probably I could name couple of things.

Perfume - cost me about RM350++ and it lasted for 2 months only

Laptop Bag - cost me about RM200++ but eventually someone else is using it

I change my work ... that is why!!!!

None of my friends or acquaintance influence my taste in music. My sense of hearing and my mood will influence my taste.

How many times have you had your heart broken?

Gosh!!!! I really got my heart broken 10 years ago. I can actually heard its breaking inside of me and I have no more tears to shed. Nowadays it is still broken on and off, I guess more than 10 times but it mend by itself as time will heal.

Which professional athlete in any sport has the most star power?

Can I consider F1 driver is an athlete? If yes, then Schumacher it is.
